PRIVACY POLICY

Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery (“Trailhouse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of our customers and website visitors. We believe your personal information belongs to you, and we are committed to maintaining a website experience that does not unnecessarily collect or retain personal information.

1. Our Privacy Commitment

Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery does not intentionally collect, retain, sell, rent, trade, or monetize personal information from visitors simply for browsing our website.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, or other third parties. Our website is intended primarily to provide information about Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery, including our locations, products, menu, company, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery does not independently collect personal information from visitors merely because they visit or browse our website. We do not intentionally use our website to create individual visitor profiles or independently track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising purposes.

However, our website is created and hosted using the Wix.com platform. Wix and its technology providers may automatically process certain technical information necessary to host, secure, operate, maintain, and improve the website. This may include information such as an IP address, browser or device information, session information, technical logs, and cookies.

This technical processing is performed through Wix and is governed by Wix's applicable privacy, security, cookie, and data-processing practices.

3. Wix.com — Our Website Hosting Provider

The Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides the online technology and infrastructure that allows us to operate and display our website. As a result, certain information may be processed automatically by Wix when you access or interact with the website.

Trailhouse does not control all information that Wix may automatically process as part of providing its hosting, security, accessibility, performance, and website infrastructure services.

Visitors are encouraged to review the current Wix.com Privacy Policy for information regarding Wix's collection, processing, storage, security, disclosure, and retention practices.

Use of our website is therefore also subject to applicable Wix platform technologies and privacy practices.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery does not independently use cookies for the purpose of selling visitor information or creating advertising profiles.

Because our website is hosted through Wix, Wix may place cookies or similar technologies on a visitor's browser that are necessary or useful for website functionality, security, stability, fraud prevention, performance, accessibility, and other platform functions. Some cookies may be considered essential to the operation of the website. Visitors may manage or restrict cookies through their individual browser or device privacy settings. Restricting certain cookies or browser functions may affect the availability or performance of some website features.

If Trailhouse later adds third-party applications, analytics services, advertising technologies, online ordering, membership features, or other functionality that materially changes how visitor information is collected or used, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery does not sell personal information. We do not operate a business model based upon selling, renting, trading, or monetizing information about visitors to our website. Any independent processing performed by Wix or another technology provider is governed by that provider's applicable privacy terms and is not a sale of information by Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery.

6. Storage and Retention

Because Trailhouse does not intentionally collect personal information from ordinary website browsing, we do not maintain a separate Trailhouse database of personal information about website visitors for advertising or data-sale purposes. Technical information that is automatically generated when visiting a Wix-hosted website may be stored or processed by Wix in accordance with Wix's own privacy, security, and retention practices.

7. Communications

Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery does not automatically enroll website visitors in marketing emails, text messages, or other direct marketing communications simply because they visit our website. If you voluntarily contact Trailhouse outside of ordinary website browsing—for example, by emailing, calling, messaging, or communicating with us through another channel—we may use the information you voluntarily provide for the limited purpose of responding to your communication or providing the service you requested. Information voluntarily provided through a direct communication is not sold by Trailhouse.

8. Your Privacy Choices

Visitors may control many privacy and accessibility settings directly through their web browser, operating system, device, or other software. Depending upon your browser and location, these controls may allow you to:

Block or delete cookies;
Restrict certain tracking technologies;
Control site permissions;
Enable privacy signals or settings; and
Adjust browser security and privacy preferences.

For information processed independently by Wix, visitors should consult Wix's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy controls for information regarding access, correction, deletion, objection, opt-out, or other privacy rights that may be available.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to social media platforms, maps, delivery services, ordering platforms, or other third-party websites or services. Once you leave the Trailhouse website, the privacy practices of the third-party website or service will apply. Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery is not responsible for the privacy, security, accessibility, or data practices of independent third-party websites or services. We encourage visitors to review the privacy policies of any third-party service they choose to use.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for a general audience and is not designed for the purpose of collecting personal information from children. Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery does not knowingly use its website to solicit or collect personal information from children.

11. Data Security

Although Trailhouse does not independently maintain a database of personal information collected from ordinary website visitors, we take reasonable measures to maintain the integrity and security of our website. Website hosting and certain technical security functions are provided through Wix and are subject to Wix's security practices and platform protections. No website, internet connection, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Trailhouse Coffee Co. & Creamery may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our website, business practices, technology providers, legal requirements, or services.

When material changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page and the Effective Date will be revised. We encourage visitors to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
